Business litigation software for Florida attorneys.

Court email processing, deadline tracking, and document filing for Florida business litigation. AI analysis in 60 seconds. No documents on our servers.

The Real Cost of Manual Court Email Processing

Business litigation generates constant court notifications—motions, discovery orders, hearing notices, status conference emails. Most Florida firms process these manually: download the PDF, read it, extract the deadline, update the calendar, file it to Drive. That's 60 to 90 minutes per attorney per day. For a solo practitioner billing at $250/hour, that's $250–375 in billable time lost every single day just reading court emails. Worse, manual tracking in spreadsheets and email folders creates blind spots. A missed deadline in a business dispute can mean sanctions, default judgment, or a malpractice claim. CourtFlow eliminates that friction. Your court emails are analyzed automatically. Deadlines are extracted and synced to your calendar. Documents are filed to your own Google Drive or OneDrive. You get a daily briefing with color-coded urgency levels. The system works with Florida state courts and federal district courts—the two jurisdictions where most business litigation happens. Setup takes under 10 minutes. No passwords stored. No documents on our servers.

How It Works: From Inbox to Organized in Seconds

CourtFlow monitors your Gmail or Outlook 365 inbox for court notifications from Florida circuit courts and federal CM/ECF systems. When a filing arrives, the system downloads the PDF from the court portal or PACER free-look link, processes it in memory, and sends it to Google Gemini for analysis. Gemini extracts the case number, parties, claims, document type, and all deadlines. That analysis is stored in our encrypted database. The PDF itself is filed directly to your Google Drive or OneDrive in case folders—you keep full ownership. Calendar events are created automatically with confidence levels so you know which deadlines are firm and which are conditional. You review everything in your dashboard: organized cases, pending deadlines, AI-generated summaries, and first-draft responses grounded in case context. The entire process takes under 60 seconds per filing. You edit, approve, and file in minutes instead of hours. Daily briefing emails summarize your upcoming deadlines and case activity so nothing slips through the cracks.

Built for Confidentiality and Control

Business litigation involves sensitive client information. CourtFlow was designed with that reality in mind. We use OAuth 2.0 authentication via Google or Microsoft—we never see or store your password. Your court documents never touch our servers. PDFs are processed in memory and filed directly to your own cloud storage. We store only the metadata and AI analysis needed to power your dashboard. All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Your database records are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Multi-tenant isolation ensures that every database record carries a tenant scope, and every query is filtered by your firm's ID at both the API and database layer. Role-based access control lets you assign Admin, Attorney, Paralegal, or Read-Only roles to your team. Administrative actions are logged to an immutable activity log. You can revoke CourtFlow's access to your email and cloud storage anytime, and the system immediately stops processing on your behalf.

Pricing That Scales With Your Firm

CourtFlow is one plan, priced per attorney seat: $149 per attorney for 1–2 attorneys, $119 each for 3–5 attorneys, and $99 each for 6 or more attorneys. Paralegal seats are $79 per month each. Everything is included at every size — unlimited document processing, AI chats and briefs, automated deadline detection with rule citations, AI first-draft responses, multi-attorney case assignment, Google Drive, OneDrive and Calendar sync, daily briefing emails, and 3 free discovery analyses a month. There are no document caps and no feature tiers.

Billed annually, a single attorney is $1,490 a year — $124 a month, saving $298 a year. The 14-day free trial takes no credit card, and the 14 days start when CourtFlow processes your first filing rather than the day you sign up, so setup never eats into the trial. Setup takes under 10 minutes, and you can cancel at any time. Discovery & Trial Pro is available as an optional add-on at $79 a month for firms taking a case to trial.

Frequently asked

Where are my court documents stored?

Your documents are filed directly to your own Google Drive or OneDrive. CourtFlow never stores PDFs on our servers.
