FAQ
Pricing questions, answered.
Trial mechanics, per-attorney billing, and seat changes.
Does the 14-day free trial require a credit card?
No. You can sign up, connect your inbox, and run CourtFlow on your real docket without entering a card. The 14 days start when CourtFlow processes your first court filing, not the day you sign up. When the trial ends, access pauses until you pick a plan — nothing is charged unless you enter a card yourself.
Is there a limit on how many documents I can process each month?
No. There are no usage caps — unlimited document processing, AI chats, and brief generation are included. You’re only ever billed for attorney and paralegal seats, never for usage.
How does per-attorney pricing work?
You pay per attorney seat, and the per-seat rate drops automatically as you add attorneys (volume pricing). Paralegal seats are a flat $79/mo. Add or remove seats anytime from Settings → Team — charges and credits are prorated to your current cycle.
How does annual billing work?
Pick Annual at checkout and you pay for 10 months, not 12 — two months free on every seat. That’s $298 saved per attorney each year at the entry rate. The per-attorney annual rate follows the same volume discounts. You’re billed once for the year.
Can I cancel? Are annual plans refundable?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard — you keep access through the end of your current billing month and aren’t charged again. Annual plans are a yearly commitment and aren’t refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent the next renewal.
Can I add or remove seats anytime?
Yes — add or remove attorney and paralegal seats anytime from Settings → Team. Charges and credits are prorated to your current cycle, and attorney volume discounts re-rate automatically.
