Integrations

CourtFlow works inside the tools you already use.

Court email comes in through Gmail or Outlook. Deadlines go to your calendar, filings go to your own Drive or OneDrive, and for Clio firms, deadlines and hearings go to the matching matter.

Email, calendar and storage

Every firm connects one of these at signup. They are how CourtFlow reads court email and where it puts what it finds.

  • Google Workspace

    Core connection

Court emails are read from Gmail, deadlines go to Google Calendar, and each filing is saved to case folders in your own Google Drive. One Google sign-in, scoped by OAuth.

  • Microsoft 365

    Core connection

The same flow for Outlook firms: court emails from Outlook, deadlines on your Outlook calendar, and filings in your own OneDrive. One Microsoft sign-in, scoped by OAuth.

Practice management

Optional. Puts CourtFlow’s deadlines and hearings on the matter where your team already works.

  • Clio Manage

Rolling out: switched on by request

Deadlines as Clio tasks with the rule cited and hearings as calendar entries on the matching matter, plus the filing PDF once automatic sending is on. A person approves each matter link.
