Stop Reading Court Emails. Let AI Handle Your Immigration Filings.
Automate court email processing, deadline tracking, and document filing for Florida immigration law. AI analyzes filings in 60 seconds. Documents stay in your Drive.
Your Morning Just Changed
You open your inbox to 15 new court notifications from USCIS, state courts, and federal agencies. Each one requires you to download a PDF, read it carefully, extract deadlines, update your calendar, and file the document somewhere. This takes 60 to 90 minutes every morning—before you see a single client.
CourtFlow AI automates that entire workflow. Connect your Gmail or Outlook 365 account via OAuth 2.0. CourtFlow monitors your court emails, downloads the filing PDF from the court portal, analyzes it with Google Gemini AI in under 60 seconds, extracts case numbers, parties, claims, deadlines, and required actions, then files the PDF directly to your Google Drive or OneDrive in organized case folders. You get a daily briefing email with color-coded urgency levels. Deadlines sync automatically to your Google Calendar or Outlook. Your documents never touch our servers—they go straight to your cloud storage, where you keep full ownership.
Built for Immigration Law Workflows
Immigration cases live in email. USCIS sends notices via e-mail. State courts file electronically. Federal district courts use CM/ECF NEF notifications. Every notification is a deadline you cannot miss.
CourtFlow reads state-court emails and federal CM/ECF notifications. It downloads the filing PDF from the court portal or PACER free-look link, processes it in memory—no storage on our servers—and sends it to Google Gemini for analysis. The AI extracts case numbers, parties, claims, response deadlines, hearing dates, and filing windows. It detects confidence levels on each deadline and syncs them to your calendar with reminder chains.
You also get AI-generated first-draft responses grounded in case context. Review, edit, and file in minutes instead of hours. Your team sees everything organized in case folders in Drive or OneDrive. Nothing gets lost in your inbox. Nothing slips past a deadline.
Security Built for Client Confidentiality
Your clients' immigration cases are sensitive. CourtFlow was designed with that in mind.
We use OAuth 2.0 authentication via Google or Microsoft—we never see or store your password. All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. HSTS is enforced with a 1-year policy so your browser refuses unencrypted connections. Your database records are encrypted at rest with AES-256. OAuth refresh tokens are additionally encrypted at the application layer with AES-256-GCM before storage.
Here's the critical part: your court documents never touch our servers. PDFs are processed in memory and filed directly to your Google Drive or OneDrive. You keep full ownership. We store only the AI-generated metadata and summaries needed to power your dashboard. Every database record is tenant-scoped and enforced at both the API and query layer, so your firm's data is isolated from every other firm. You can revoke CourtFlow's access anytime, and signing out immediately revokes all stored OAuth tokens server-side.

Frequently asked questions
Does CourtFlow work with USCIS and federal immigration courts?
CourtFlow works with Florida state courts and federal district courts via CM/ECF NEF notifications. It reads federal court emails and downloads filings from PACER free-look links. For state-court immigration proceedings in Florida, CourtFlow monitors your court emails and processes filings from the Florida court portal. If your cases involve other jurisdictions or agencies outside Florida state and federal district courts, CourtFlow does not currently support those.
Will CourtFlow store my clients' immigration documents?
No. CourtFlow uses a zero-document-storage architecture. PDFs are downloaded from the court portal, processed in memory by Google Gemini AI, and filed directly to your Google Drive or OneDrive. No court documents are stored on CourtFlow servers. You retain full ownership of all documents in your cloud storage. We store only the AI-generated summaries and extracted metadata needed to power your dashboard.
Can CourtFlow e-file documents on my behalf?
No. CourtFlow analyzes incoming court filings and generates first-draft responses grounded in case context. You review, edit, and file the response yourself. Human filing is still required. CourtFlow automates the reading, analysis, and drafting—not the filing itself.
What if I already use practice management software like Clio or MyCase?
CourtFlow works alongside your existing practice management software. It does not replace billing, CRM, time tracking, or general task management. CourtFlow fills the gap that general tools don't: automated court email processing, deadline extraction from PDFs, AI case analysis, and daily briefing emails. No migration required. No duplicate data entry. Connect your Gmail or Outlook, and CourtFlow handles the litigation-specific workflow.
How long does it take to set up CourtFlow?
Setup takes under 10 minutes. Sign in with your Google or Microsoft account via OAuth 2.0—we never see your password. Authorize CourtFlow to monitor your court emails and access your Google Drive or OneDrive. That's it. Your first filing is analyzed free during the 14-day trial.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime. When you sign out, CourtFlow immediately revokes all stored OAuth access and refresh tokens server-side, so background processing stops. Your documents remain in your Google Drive or OneDrive—you keep full ownership. The AI-generated summaries stored in CourtFlow's database become inaccessible to you, but your original court documents are yours forever.
