CourtFlow uses OAuth 2.0 to connect to your Gmail, Outlook 365, Google Drive, and OneDrive. We never see or store your password. Court documents are processed in memory and filed directly to the Drive or OneDrive your firm already pays for. CourtFlow does not store, host, or copy documents outside your tenant. Case metadata—party names, case numbers, deadlines, rule citations—is encrypted at rest in our database using AES-256 and scoped per firm, accessible only to attorneys you authorize. OAuth refresh tokens are additionally encrypted at the application layer before storage. Signing out immediately revokes your stored OAuth access and refresh tokens server-side. All traffic is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher, with HSTS enforced. You can revoke CourtFlow's access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings, and the connection ends immediately.
