In Minnesota, you generally must respond to requests for admission within 30 days after service of the requests for admission (Minn. R. Civ. P. 36.01).

How the deadline works
Under Minn. R. Civ. P. 36.01, the response to requests for admission is due within 30 days after service of the requests for admission. When the triggering paper is served by mail, Minn. R. Civ. P. 6.01(e) adds 3 days for service by U.S. mail. A deadline landing on a weekend or court holiday moves to the next business day.
